I know the holiday season can bring a mix of emotions—joy and warmth for some, while for others, it might feel tender or challenging. It’s a time that often stirs up memories, reflections, and perhaps even a longing for something more or different. The busyness of the season can sometimes overshadow our deeper needs, leaving us yearning for quiet, connection, or a moment to simply breathe.
As we step into a new year, it’s a wonderful opportunity to do so mindfully—by creating space for ourselves, reflecting, processing, and nurturing what we truly need to move forward with balance and clarity. It’s also a time to gently let go of the past, open to new possibilities, and plant seeds of fresh intentions—inviting growth and alignment with what feels most meaningful to us.
This isn’t about resolutions or striving to do more, but about finding moments to breathe, recalibrate, and honour where we are right now. In those quiet, intentional pauses, we often discover the clarity and strength to take the next step. Our bodies, when we truly listen, can be our most trusted guides on this journey—if we open to their wisdom and allow it. A Lomi Lomi or somatic bodywork session can be deeply supportive in that process.
My schedule is almost fully booked until the end of January, but I still have a few spaces available for those who feel ready and reach out soon to book a session
Wishing you a peaceful and grounding start to the new year. May we all find the connection, meaning, and light we are looking for.
Warmly,
Izabella
